We were traveling about 4-6 knots and the waves were between 3-5ft high. It was a beautiful sunny and calm day. The ride was so peaceful and quite. What an amazing day. We highly recommend this day of sailing

My husband and I live on Roatan and experienced a great five day sailing adventure with John and Debbie on their beautiful boat "Sweet Surrender"
Great host, great food, comfortable even in semi rough seas. We did a bit of fishing, island hopping, and snorkeling in crystal clear waters and healthy reefs. They are both very knowledgeable sailors and just fun to be with. We will cherish our memory of that time for ever.

Ijust returned from a 7 day charter on "Sweet Surrender". Captain John is a supper skipper. He is a sailors sailor.
Very experienced and knowledgeable of local waters. I highly recommend him and look forward to going with him again

Fun Sail. January 30 2017
We first met John and Debbie at our hotel bar. They were very friendly and we got chatting. They told us about their Whitby sailboat and my boyfriend couldn't wait to go for a sail with them. We invited another couple and away we went the next week. The price was reasonable as we brought our own lunch and beer. They had delicious rum punch and wine for us too. The day was sunny and beautiful but with not much wind we had to motor sail the whole way. Clearly they are very experienced, we felt very safe and had a wonderful time. They pointed out lots of cool places and told us some good history of Roatan as we went along the coast. We moored and went snorkeling were I say the biggest Barracuda of my trip. John and Debbie are so much fun and layed back people, we are happy to have sailed with them.

I go to Roatan every year after do a 5 day mission trip to the main land. As a sailor who has sailed over 10,000 miles on my own sailboat Im very discerning about who I sail with. From the moment that I contacted Joh and Deb about taking myself and 10 of my friends on day sailing excursions they couldn't have been more accommodating. We split into two groups and each did a day sail. the cost of the day was great with value added by being with such congenial people who made you feel like you were old friends. John was able to share lots of history about the area which added to the experience. I found both Deb and John to be exceptionally skilled sailors. they work as a team and made sure every person was safe and having a good time. The lunch we had was more like a banquet of perfect food for a day on the boat. Sweet Surrender is a well appointed center cockpit boat that allowed each of us to be comfortable. she handled well and allowed those who had never sailed to feel safe. Our trip to the Cow and Calf area allowed us time to swim and snorkel in pristine waters. I cant way enough about what wonderful sailors and host Deb and John are. As a husband and wife team they add the touch that made for a perfect day in sailing paradise.
